OBJECTIVE: Conduct primary and secondary research in order for the creative team to rebrand the non-profit organization. Through focus groups, online surveys, and social listening, find unique consumer insights for the target audience.

NOTES: AdLab is a student-run agency based out of Boston University’s College of Communication. It focuses on real clients that need real solutions.
